Shipping

• Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. Personalized items may take longer to process. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, it will be split, with non-personalized items delivered first.
• Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 999. Note that free shipping does not apply to international orders or returns.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

No Exchange, No Return Policy

• Policy Overview: Once you buy something, that’s it! The sale is final. You cannot return the item to get your money back or exchange it for something else.
• Delicate Items: Some items are very delicate and can get damaged easily when they are being shipped, handled, or used. Because these items are so fragile, it’s very tough for us and for you to handle returns or exchanges.
• Important Note: If you buy a delicate item, you cannot return or exchange it, even if there’s some problem with the product.
